Blazing Salads has been operating at the Oregon Country Fair since 1979! We are a group of folks who get together once a year to make fresh fruit and green salads and have an amazingly good time doing it! See ya at the Fair.

How do I join the Blazing Crew?

It takes an amazing amount of people to serve fresh fruit and green salad from sunup till the wee hours of the night. To find out how to work at Blazing Salads, fill out the crew request form on this page and we will connect with you if we have any room for you on the crew. We try and figure out who is returning on our crew by April 25th for camping passers and by June 15th for day passers.
